Commissioning & Training
Commissioning is an important part of an substation project as here all functions and interfaces come together and all are tested in detail.
We constantly train our engineers on new products and programs to keep in touch with new trends and products.
Our Teams are responsible besides the engineering works also for the commissioning of the substations. This gives high valuable know-how back from commissioning to engineering and vice versa our members can support you on site with the knowledge of the engineering department.
All results of the commissioning tests are well documented in test sheets and together with a service report. We give you the necessary information of the status of your substation and if further measures have to be taken.
During or after commissioning of the substations we carry out trainings for our clients which exactly meet their necessity.
Trainings held can thereby be focussed on specific control or protection devices or on the general handling and operating of your high- or medium voltage switchgear and secondary equipment.
Commissioning
We carry out commissioning job for following devices:
- Control and protection devices (stand-alone)
- Local control and protection panels
- Fault recording systems and monitoring panels
- Metering panels
- Transformer supervision and regulation
- Air or gas insulated substations (complete packages)
- Medium voltage switchgears
- Low voltage distributions
- SCADA and Monitoring systems
- IT networks and server systems
- Passenger information systems for public transportation
Equipment
Our electrical engineers are all equipped with professional and complete test and personal protection equipment to carry out the commissioning jobs safely and smoothly. Following test devices we normaly use for our jobs:
- OMICRON CPC100
- OMICRON CMC156
- OMICRON CMC256
- SVERKER 750
- ABB XS92b
Training
We've experienced that trainings are the most useful when they're held directly at the substations. Of course we can also offer you these courses at a training centre or at your company headquaters.
